It's not a supply issue, some Ubisoft items are on sale on both sites for prices that can go as high as 400,000 USD. But in reality, not many transactions take place and the transactions are not expensive at all.
am i understanding this right? ubisoft managed to make an nft that not even nft fans want? because that is very very very funny

However, we should note that Ubisoft also gave away most of their NFT initially which led to a reduction in the number of existing sales. However, it seems that Ubisoft's experiments into the NFT world haven't gone well.
What's more, Ubisoft Quartz is designed so that only those who play Ubisoft games can purchase NFT. It's also a reducing factor for anyone looking to make a quick buck.
As noted (and as has been covered by the gaming press aggregating this all day), very few Ubisoft NFTs (aka Quartz Digits) have sold.

Marketplace Rarible lists 9 sales since the 15th (and none since the 16th)
Four of those sales were to the same account
Stephen Totilo (journalist for Axios) added that all Ubisoft's NFT purchases appear to be for weapon skins for Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Breakpoint only. To date, no one has bought a helmet skin which takes 600 hours to get.
